Be sure to use a tracked and insured shipping method as we will NOT refund returns that get lost via the carrier. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. (GHC Holsters will cover shipping cost for incorrect items shipped or defective products received.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of GHC Holsters receiving the items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund by following the instructions below. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience, before or after you receive your refund.


Log into your GHC Holsters account - select Orders and then the order you want to return. Once the order is chosen, select Request Return. Select the Product and Quantity to return with a Return Reason. Please include any comments, questions or issues in the notes section of the return.

Once we authorize your return request you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions and RMA number. Be sure to include a copy of the confirmation email and write your RMA# on the package before shipping. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing or loss in refund.
